2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese

½ cup shredded Pepper-jack cheese

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained

1 (8 oz) can whole-kernel corn, drained

1 (8 oz) can black beans, drained

5 green onions, thinly sliced

½ to 1 cup fresh cilantro, minced

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and minced garlic. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and well blended.
