½ pound ground pork
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup milk
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ cup ketchup (for topping)

Directions
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
